An intensive two-day workshop exploring zygomatic implantology through lectures, demos, and interactive sessions.

Workshop Highlights:

This two day workshop is designed to provide you with a step-by-step understanding of zygomatic implants as a non-grafting alternative for the rehabilitation of the highly atrophied maxilla, Attendees will learn:

  • The criteria and processes for patient selection and treatment planning.
  • Digital assessment and determine appropriate surgical protocols for zygomatic implants.
  • Prosthetic techniques and laboratory workflows for fabricating provisional and definitive prosthesis.
  • Develop skills in identifying and managing surgical and prosthetic complications.
  • Practice zygomatic implant placement using dummy models and implants for a hands-on learning experience.
  • Video discussion on zygoma, quad zygoma surgeries.
  • Direct observation / assisting zygoma surgery in operation theatre ( *limited seats )

DAY 3 - 4

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Only

Implant Surgery on Patients (ISOP) – Special Hands-on

ISOP is available for a limited number of participants on Day 3 and 4. Maximum of 2 participants per day.

These delegates will place 2 to 4 Zygoma implants each, on patients provided by Rajan Dental Institute. This will be done under general anaesthesia or IV sedation and monitored closely by faculty members.

International delegates who wish to do the ISOP program will need to apply at least 4 weeks in advance to obtain temporary registration with the regional dental council.

Eligibility Criteria

Participants must have  completed a minimum of:

  • 10 full-mouth rehabilitation using conventional dental implants.
  • 50 single-tooth implant rehabilitations
